The menu begins with a selection of delicious starters such as roasted celeriac and truffle soup, bohemian chicken strips, and the unique goats’ cheese & pear crostini. Each starter blends unique flavours and local ingredients, setting the tone for the culinary journey ahead.
The main courses are a gastronomic delight, with options ranging from the herb-crusted cod to the roast chicken supreme and the slow-cooked daube of beef. Each dish is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring a mouthwatering experience for all diners.
